DMR Gas Cap

 Powdercoat orders are sent to Powdercoat as the order comes in

and typically a 1-2 week turnaround.

Death Metal Racing gas cap. CNC machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and have a hidden vent that is a threaded screw in fitting with a mesh screen to prevent fuel splashing out of the vent. If your tank is vented already, you can also put a screw in plug in place of the vented fitting (plug not included).

Has O-ring to ensure a tight seal. Comes with a carbon fiber insert with double sided tape to install in the center of the cap if you so choose.

4 logos to choose from or run it without the insert. (If you do not put in which logo you want, you will not receive an insert)

 DMR DOES NOT DO CUSTOM LOGOS ON CARBON INSERTS. YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE OF THE STYLES AVAILABLE. 

SELECT WHICH LOGO YOU WANT FROM THE MENU.

Logos available are #1, SINGLE LIGHTNING BOLT, DOUBLE LIGHTNING BOLTS, OR DMR initials.

These fit all model Harleys that use a screw in standard style gas cap.

Available in numerous colors and finishes.

Raw/machine finish may have small marks or imperfections from the machining process. 

These will not fit the fuel gauge side or dummy cap side.

Dummy fuel caps are in production and will be available soon.
